Did you opt-in to Redo at time of purchase?

• When you opt-in for Redo at checkout, there is no additional cost for your return shipping label, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or store credit for FREE.
• Complete the return through the return portal to receive prepaid shipping label.
• If you decide not to buy Redo or if you prefer a full refund, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
• All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.

We are proud to manufacture high-quality products, however; we know that occasionally one or two defects will slip through our quality control. Below is what his covered by our 6-month manufacturer's defect warranty.

 Our Warranty:

• Your product is under a limited warranty for possible return for up to 6 months after the original purchase date. We reserve the right to decide whether or not the problem is a defect or normal wear and tear.
• Our manufacturer’s warranty covers, seams that come apart; holes discovered upon arrival; irregular shrinkage or deformity.
• Our manufacturer’s warranty does not cover: staining, fading, rips or fabric pulls or snags. These are all considered damage due to use or accident and are not covered by the warranty.

Our warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Hand-me-downs, items purchased from buy, sell, trade sites and repaired or altered products (i.e. embroidery) will not be covered. Proof of purchase is required.
