• The product may NOT have been previously used/worn or washed.
• We can not accept returns that smell of cigarette smoke.
• All returns must be new in original packaging.
• All products in our New Markdowns section are final sale and may not be returned.

• When you opt-in for Redo Free Returns and/or Package Protection at checkout, there is no additional cost for your return shipping label, allowing you to return item(s) in your order for FREE.
• Complete the return through the return portal to receive your prepaid shipping label.
• If you decide not to buy Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
• All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy.
